“Pros: Interiors are solid - fairly renovated and nice appliances. Good location near fun bars and restaurants Cons: Constant pest issue - we kept our apartment very clean but we saw so many roaches. You have a doorman, but he's actually a homeless guy constantly standing outside the door. Loud, but that comes with the location being on Houston”
