“Pros: Great space, lots of room, good neighborhood, washer dryer in unit. Cons: Our packages keep getting stolen and the guy who lives below us is an absolute menace. Management does nothing. The lobby is also not cleaned enough. Advice to landlord: Evict that guy! He’s a fucking menace!!”
