“Unit 3F Pros: - Apartment is nice on the surface - Kitchen has nice countertops - Bathroom is well designed with a glass door shower - one of the bedrooms is a decent size - Split Heating/Cooling works well Cons: - Roaches were present every now and then - Rat was seen inside building - apartment building doesn’t have separate mailboxes - apartment utilities are all on a shared meter - apartment building is entering into foreclosure proceedings - living room is too small and has no windows - landlord seems to be involved in shady dealings due to all of what is described above”

“Pros: It's close to the city. Cons: - the building is falling apart. showing signs of neglect. - bathroom in our unit was disgusting. The tiles were falling off the walls, the light in this room is always out. Generally gross. I had to start showering at my friend's house because of the state of the bathroom. - one bedroom has no access to a window to the outside. this is ILLEGAL. - floors are extremely bowed. concerned for the structural integrity of this building. - owners do not respond to maintenance requests. Advice to landlord: Take care of your property.”
