“Pros: The apartment was spacious and the management company was very quick to respond. Also located near several trains. Cons: Heat barely worked (to their credit, management was responsive and identified a temporary workaround), we had pests on multiple occasions Advice to landlord: Fix heat”

“Pros: Very spacious apartment Cons: Roaches, rats, building falling apart , won’t get your deposit back Advice to landlord: Don’t be corrupt”
