“Pros: Takes in everyone who wants in. Literally anyone and everyone. Will try to treat even a cold. Cons: Takes in LITERALLY EVERYONE. Noisy and dirty. Advice to landlord: Clean up the place and actually have supplies for the cleaning.”
— 1 1 PLACE · Brooklyn“Unit 1 Pros: Nice view, quiet apartments, maintenance does it thing. Good location. Cons: Managment is ghetto! Horrible with how they manage payments, if you have questions they don’t have answers. Super unreliable! The building is slowly deteriorating. No amenities! No gym no nothing specially for the ridiculous price of rent! The laundromat is only 6 washers and 6 dryers for 16 floors! Management won’t answer questions but yet keep watching the cctv like it’s big brother! Horrible ! No access to any garden even if they are there for us to see not for us to use! Advice to landlord: Manage better! Open the amenities or upgrade them to be a larger laundromat !”
— 1912 FIRST AVENUE · Manhattan“Pros: Location near the water Cons: Old, no AC. Mice and bugs.”
— 962 1 AVENUE · Manhattan“Unit 615 Pros: The building is clean. Ya neighbors don't bother you. It's in a nice place brooklyn ny. We have a laundromat in the building. Which is convenient for us tenants. Cons: The case managers never help you with your immediate needs. I won a housing court issue. And i still have rent debt. Even though Shinda management is ditectly the reason behind my rent debt. What should have happened my rent debt should of been cleared. I was buring incense with my window open. A neighbor complained about it. But the neighbor never would've been abled to complain about smelling incense. Had they had they window closed. I told them the only way they could've had a argument about me burning incense. If i would have been walking up and down the hallway burning incense. Which i did not do. Advice to landlord: Hopefully they staff can be sanctioned for not doing the right thing.”
