“Pros: - apartment somewhat renovated - great location Cons: - so many issues - had a leak, bed bugs, pests - owner cannot be found, I tried reaching to management for months for issues”

“Unit 11 Pros: Location Updated apartment and Appliances Not that hot in summer Cons: Loud Radiator Drafty Window Radiator is small and runs on an insufficient schedule to keep apt warm”

“Unit 19 Pros: - renovated - pet friendly - quiet - bright - great neighbors - lovely maintenance crew Cons: - absolutely freezing in the winter (breezes blow through). it violates renters’ rights. no responses from management. - landlord/management is basically non-responsive until needing lease renewal signed - there used to be a monthly pest control person come by who I haven’t seen in a year or two - garden is absolutely disgusting and nothing like the listing photos. rats overrun the garden. do not go out there at night to drop garbage. - hallways are filthy (roaches, debris, dust, hair…) - a small charge fee is added to total cost of rent when paying via direct deposit Advice to landlord: Respond to your tenants, please.”

“Pros: Apartment is nice. Great area. Owner is nice. Cons: Massive leaks all the time. Super doesn't seem to care really/ not that responsive (always someone different). Constant dust and debris coming from brick in apartment. Packages always stolen but the cameras in the hallways are fake. Makes it feel unsafe. Not worth the location or price. Advice to landlord: Hire a more professional superintendent”

“Unit 4 Pros: Newly renovated, thoughtfully designed Cons: Backyard not maintained, hallways still were not renovated, but that might have changed since I lived there. Occasional cockroach coming up from kitchen sink, but somewhat expected for old building. Advice to landlord: Maintain shared spaces”
