Laundry facility in basement is not great to use with machines sometimes not working and no clean space. Heat is on too high and not controllable. Repairs are hard to come by and there’s no live in super. Advice to landlord: Courtyard and basement should be renovated for better communal use. Response should be quicker and more thorough for repairs.”
