“Pros: Close to the train station Cons: Tons of bugs , aggressive dog , lot of mice running around, very noisy neighbors and walls the opposite of soundproof, rude landlord that doesn’t cooperate, broken appliances that landlord doesn’t wanna fix, moldy. Advice to landlord: Chill”
