“Pros: The location is great. The super is nice and responsive. My overall experience with the super/management seems better than anyone else I know in the city. Any issues I've had have been addressed soon. The back side faces a courtyard so is fairly quiet. I haven't seen large rent increases over time. Cons: Its an old building so can have roaches + there are rats in the pipes. When they were doing renovations I saw rats a few times... But to be honest I'm pretty sure that's true of any old buildings in NYC. Advice to landlord: N/A”
