“Pros: Its near multiple bus lines, trains 2 and 5 and near shopping area. Cons: Elevator is always down, building needs to be clean. Advice to landlord: Hire more people. 2 persons cannot clean, do repairs in a timely fashion and manage 3 buildings”

“Pros: Nothing ... people that have moved in recently brought the building down Cons: Super isn’t good, trash disposable is horrible , rarely clean hallways Advice to landlord: No advice , it’s clear he just collects rent and doesn’t give a shit about the building”
