“Pros: I like the central location of this building, but that’s really the only pro I can think of. Cons: The first con was when I saw cockroaches in a bathroom. Secondly, not sure if the property owner knows they have a tenant subleasing, possibly illegally. Advice to landlord: Get contact info of everyone who lives there, not just lease holders.”
