“Pros: The apartment itself is very nice, spacious, and homey. Great space for the price. Cons: Years and years of ongoing repairs that get ignored. Water leaking through walls and ceilings. Have to harass property management to get a response. Regular notices posted by ConEd & National Grid that mgmt owes them money. Violations posted from department of sanitation. The list goes on. ELH runs a shady business and seems to have little interest in helping their tenants. But they love taking our money. Advice to landlord: Maybe property management isn't the right business for you if you don't actually know how to manage properties. Lol”
