“Pros: The super, Jose, is nice and responsive. Cons: The skylight in our bathroom was leaking SNOW, and I could not get in touch with a single person. The super wouldn't come to do anything without permission from the landlord, and no one in the landlord's office picked up the phone on a weekday morning. Advice to landlord: Have an emergency line or someone in the office/available by phone specifically for emergencies.”
