“Pros: Building was nice Cons: Management made moving in and moving out absolutely horrible. tried to extort as much money as possible, took a huge chunk of our deposit despite leaving the apartment exactly as it was found. They will gaslight you and do anything to take your money Advice to landlord: Management needs to figure it out and treat tenants with respect”

“Pros: Building is quiet. Hallways are clean. Cons: Packages get stolen. No workers on the weekend. So if you need help, you're out of luck. Elevator breaks down a lot. Shampoo the rug in elevator for goodness sake! Advice to landlord: Treat your tenants better.”

“Pros: the building is clean and the apartments are comfortable. a good location as well. Cons: the management is HORRIBLE. Invasive, rude, and unhelpful. They hound residents constantly and genuinely make what would otherwise be a great place to live nearly uninhabitable. Advice to landlord: Be nice to your residents, offer help and approach with kindness instead of invasive rudeness”

“Unit 2D Pros: clean, brand new, noise contained Cons: landlords like to hound, stove takes forever to heat unless at max, and hot water runs out fast”

“Pros: New and nice building, spacious apartments with large storage spaces. Neighbors are great. Cons: Close to fulton street, can hear underground train rumble (very faint, stop hearing it after a week). Garbage management is poor, some neighbor just got a dog and that puppy keeps on peeing in the elevator, and nobody takes care of it. Advice to landlord: Stop hounding your renters like little children. Disgusting behaviour”
