“Pros: Well maintained, affordable rent, landlord is available and responsive. Cons: The backyard, which is only accessible to one tenant, has become so neglected, I worry about animals living back there. It's the tenant's responsibility, but the landlord isn't doing anything to enforce them keeping up with it.”
