“Pros: I love the area and the neighbors and my big, beautiful, affordable apartment. The super is very responsive. Cons: Lots of pests. Roaches, mice. This is by far the worst thing about the building.”

“Unit A4 Pros: Spacious Close to browser park and Brooklyn children museum Cons: Pest situation from the basement - my roommate and I had to hire a professional exterminator for the moth situation that resulted from poor basement condition. we talked to the landlord but he refused to pay for the exterminator fee which is $985. Advice to landlord: Be nice to people and fix your own building problems.”
