“Pros: I got lucky with one of the partial newly renovated apartments. New kitchen and new floors. Not all apartment are updated. No rodents, may get a few ants here and there during warmer months. Cons: Neighbors can be extremely loud at late hours blasting music in parking lot during warmer months. Lots of traffic in parking lot from non residents. Super always find the cheapest solution to fixtures. Advice to landlord: Care more about your tenants. Provide service as if you were living there. Cheaper is not always the best option.”
