“Pros: Location is great. Elevator building. Quiet neighborhood. Cons: Pests pests pests. Saw a flying roach three days into move in. They do extermination once a month but still not solving issue. Garbage room is always over flowing and carpets in hallways aren’t cleaned often Advice to landlord: Get on top of the pests”
