“Pros: Well-maintained, pretty quiet building. Management responds fairly quickly. Live-in super who addresses any issues in the building promptly Cons: Occasional pests but very infrequent and addressed when mentioned to super/management. Can sometimes do the bare minimum for repairs but they’re livable”

“Pros: The apartments are all extremely spacious, with prewar details. The management is pretty good and responsive, and quick to fix even cosmetic issues. Cons: I see roaches from time to time, and though an exterminator comes monthly, he hasn't knocked on our door in a long time and it's hard to nail him down. There is a package theft, with one thief being someone that lives in the building.”
