“Pros: High ceilings, great landlord, renovated apartments, fun neighborhood and prime location Cons: Stairs and cleanliness are poorly maintained”

“Pros: Decent location and decently fair costs Cons: Owners have had lots of changes with managements. Building and unit owners are different. There was a lot of issues moving in but for the most part everything was fixed. The place is old but okay. There are occasional mice”
