“Pros: The neighborhood is pretty safe and has great food from Uzbekistan. Cons: I remember I used to dread heavy rains in the summer because the toilet would back up and shoot out (it was a geyser full of) sewer water complete with water-bugs and broken down poop. I would ended up with a completely flooded bathroom with giant roaches flying around. The building said it was the city pipe line but the city never did anything to fix it. Advice to landlord: Fix the flooding issue.”
