“Unit 3D Pros: Great super, can't say enough praise about him Walls between apartments/rooms are super thick nice balance of amenities Cons: As with all prewar buildings the central heat can get a little wonky windows aren't ideal (lot's of street noise, needed thick curtains to get good sleep) Advice to landlord: Give the super a raise”
