“Pros: Building is ok. Cons: Property mangment is unresponsive most of the time. Apt has issues but issues never fixed on time . Property manager is rude. The building needs a thorough clean. No gate. There are always HS kids sitting and smoking on steps. Now graffiti on steps. Advice to landlord: If you want to charge these prices. Do more and offer better amenities. There is a yard and it is never cleaned or used.”
