“Pros: Affordable, couldn’t be closer to the F train or the liquor store, safe neighborhood and people keep to themselves. Cons: Sometime we don’t have hot water for like 6-12 hours at a time, we had a mouse once, and the F train across the street doesn’t run on weekends.”
