“Pros: Location is lovely and neighbors are friendly. Quiet (for the most part). Cons: The walls of the building are torn down and falling apart at the entrance and also a huge part of the wall is torn down going up to the roof. No fire extinguishers in the halls, no peep holes on the doors. The front door doesn’t really close so it’s a bit risky if anyone wants to come in. Advice to landlord: This is a historical building, please treat it better also treat your tenants with more respect. Try to learn and follow NYC laws.”
