“Pros: Adorable building in up and coming area. The interior is great and in fantastic condition. Cons: Landlord failed to address security issues when homeless population continuously lived in the building vestibule -- also consuming illicit drugs....hallways were vandalized and she only addressed once we decided to move out.”

“Pros: The apartment was in good condition, the building was clean, and there were no pests. Cons: The doors and keys were complicated and seemed like they were not as strong as they could be.”
