“Pros: Very quiet, the building has charm and the location is amazing. Management are responsive and take care of the building. Cons: No laundry in the building or nearby. Had a few pest issues over a number of years. Advice to landlord: Better pest control, and add laundry to the building.”

“Pros: Quaint and comfortable building, good neighbors, attentive smaller landlord Cons: Not the best insulation from street noise if you're street facing (though it is a quieter neighborhood, so not a big issue)”
