“Pros: Close to bud stop, grocery store. Cons: Landlord is a slumlord. Preys on tenants. Extremely loud, disrespectful and straight bully. Will not fix anything if you ask him to. Will curse out loud about his tenants if he has to put out trash which he should be doing as a landlord. Consistently disturbs tenants peace. Will tell you to your Face To get out. Lack of any kindness from the landlord and his family. His wife is worse. If evil has a face it would be her. Advice to landlord: You shouldn’t be allowed to be a landlord.”
