“Unit Fl 1 Pros: I live on the 1st floor Cons: This building is extremely filthy, no cleaning, no sweeping, no peephole, no number to identify building, paint peels, raggedy gate, it's rusted/rusting. Landlord does absolutely nothing to hire a cleaner for the building. Advice to landlord: Stop being soooooooo cheap, lazy and vindictive for no apparent reason.”
