“Pros: Management is very responsive Good location to subway stations Comes with building cat! Rooms are pretty soundproof - only hear neighbors while I’m in the hallway Cons: Hotel and hospital on the same street leads to noise No laundry in building”

“Unit 16 Pros: This building is very clean. I had an issue with mice and they sent an exterminator right away and the issued was resolved. There is usually someone who works for the owner on site so issues are resolved quickly. Lease renewal rates were fair and ranged from 1-5%. Cons: Building is a walk up so no elevator, which is tough if on an upper floor. Lived near a couple of bad neighbors including a chain smoker and very loud couple having parties. These neighbors were eventually kicked out but it took a while. No laundry in the building- this is a huge negative. The closest laundromat is not that close and very small. Also, no dishwashers or other amenities.”
