“Pros: Loved the heat in the building. Was never cold during the wintertime. Was kept cleaned every week. No one bothers you. Cons: My upstairs neighbors were very loud and noisy, their kids would run around all day every day was never able to get any sleep. Would always go and talk to them so they could stop but it was always a constant thing. The neighborhood loves to party in the summertime on the weekends. Usually ends around 2 am or 3 am. Other than that the building was good 👍 Advice to landlord: The family in apt.12 needs to be talked to about the amount of noise they make”
