“Pros: This building is located at an incredible spot in the heart of NoLita. It has great access to most subways and busses. I would highly recommend living here. Cons: The units are quite small, but with good utilization of space it is no problem. Advice to landlord: The virtual doorman is very outdated and the building could use a new system.”

“Unit 2 Pros: Hot location for 20 somethings, everything within walking distance, renovated units Cons: small unit, noisy but as expected, some pest issues, steaming pipes get way too hot during the winter making it almost unbearable. Advice to landlord: figure out those steaming pipes”
