“Pros: Residents are nice Cons: Superintendent has cameras in the entrance but uses it for his benefit & to spy on residents - also too friendly with female rssidents meanwhile he lives with the mother of his kids. Advice to landlord: Tell super not to be in the females faces, stop using camera to spy on residents in building. Make sure noise level isnt loud at 7a in the morning@”
