“Pros: Since the building was originally designed as a condo, the quality and finishes are impeccable. Windows are solid and it is super quiet in the units. The kitchen has a really nice quartz stone and bamboo floors are amazing. Cons: The bathroom has natural tile which is extremely high maintenance and are easily prone to mold growth in the shower. This was probably a decision made when it were meant to be a condo. Advice to landlord: Change the tiles in bathrooms.”
