“Pros: I love the location. 4 train really close, Montefiore Hospital walking distance, daycares for toddler, schools for school age children, 24 hour store, etc,. The building is being renovated Cons: Old building. Mice, pests, outdated interior. Building is being renovated so this shouldn’t be a problem in the future.”
