“Pros: Elevator access was great and there's a basement access for people who are disabled. Cons: HIGH RENT. can't have a washer or dryer and had to access the laundry through the basement across the building so it was a lot of walking. management doesn't really fix anything and also the high rent. for 2 bedrooms. Advice to landlord: lower the rent”

“Unit 5f Pros: The elevator is always in service. Cons: Acoustic shadowing throughout the entire apartment Advice to landlord: Soundproofing or insulation installed.”

“Pros: Laundry room, mail room, elevator works great, garage availability, studio apartment has high ceilings, overall great apartments. Cons: Noise sometimes, people smoking in the hallway. Advice to landlord: Increase enforcement of security.”
