“Pros: Laundry mat in the building and easy walk to supermarket Cons: Communication and updating in the apartments is horrible”

“Pros: It was once a nice building but it is degrading every year. Cons: There have been many cases of bed bugs throughout the building. The carpet is filthy and rarely cleaned by the porters. Advice to landlord: Hire more porters who will clean the building regularly and thoroughly. Dirty tenants should be reprimanded.”
