“Pros: Nothing , has change Cons: Party, loud music every weekend, drugs activities, managment amd worker has knowledge, a lot people living in with been part of the lease, building and entrance and stairs , elevator and front entrance glass door are dirty, never mop, just sitting down, they take the garbage , not cleaning enough after, marihuana and roaches , and most of tenants moving in ,party , get high , and some drugs activities, cámara record and the management and employed was there hands !!! Advice to landlord: Manager are nasty , always replacing manager”
