“Pros: Great area and convenient Cons: The landlord eugene lavatman is a terrible landlord. He threatened violence on tenants multiple times. Doesn’t respond to us at all. Have mice and roach problems. He also has not given back security deposit. Advice to landlord: Stop being a landlord”
