“Pros: It had walls. Cons: Front door never locked, roaches, bed bugs(look at HPD records from 2013/14), hot water issues, a leaky hallway that looks like the MoMA rain room when it storms, and a landlord who will take you to court fraudulently claiming you didn't pay rent.
