“Pros: Close to Trader Joe’s, decent location Cons: Place is not maintained well. Roaches and mice all throughout the building. Building super is a wonderful guy. But quite frankly too busy to deal with the level of upkeep this place requires. Management doesn’t care and cuts corners. Apartments are fine for the market but be prepared to handle mice and roach on your own. Advice to landlord: Actually take care of your units or provide your shower with better assistance. Also get rid of the roaches and mice that are sincerely everywhere.”
