“Pros: Location, across from whole foods! The front desk staff / "white glove" staff are great Cons: Heating breaks often There are leaks ALL OVER the buildings, especially if it rains for 4+ hours . We've lived here for two years, and have been promised multiple times by management that there were fixes - but nothing has been done. I'll say that it looks like they've finally started repairs, but they'll likely be done in 6 months (-6/2023) Price gouging from management for me and other tenants. My rent went up over 15%, and I wasn't alone! Advice to landlord: Please don't lead your tenants on and make fake promises”
