Stays really warm in the winter. Close to good grocery store and awesome bodega. Cons: Its 100 years old. Wiring is too. Floorboards creak. West side of bldg gets 23rd st noise (1 am garbage pick ups). If you don’t get a recently renovated unit, the last time it was updated was probably the 80’s. Advice to landlord: Be more proactive with current tenants about the possibility of piecemeal updates like doors and appliances. Hire real professionals - some of these painters and contractors do some iffy work.”
