Cons: Bed bugs (probably won't happen but just ask the front desk for help on this as per landlord advice) German Cockroaches (these are the small kind not the huge gross kind. make sure to keep the drain cover in the kitchen sink on at all times. that is where they came in from for me. landlord is always willing to help) No smoke detector in the apt obviously very small and there is only a kitchenette (comes with a hot plate, toaster oven, fridge) Advice to landlord: None. Property owner is super awesome and the building staff is amazing!”

Cons: Packages WILL get stolen. most apartments are genuinely 1 room. i have to turn to the side to get into my bathroom. recently, since construction started, there have been serious roach issues. in the hallways and coming up drains Advice to landlord: Be more available on-site!”
