“Pros: Nice roof (but with poor drainage). Didn’t have any pests in the unit. Tall ceilings and decent light. Cons: Can’t get fios here, the garbage was kept under the stairs indoors and smelled disgusting. Glass doors so the packages are always stolen. The electricity bill was ridiculously high because the wall units and water heater are electric guzzlers, especially since it could be better insulated. Not the worst landlord but prefers to speak to men instead of women. Advice to landlord: Fix the garbage situation.”

“Pros: Convenience to the subway and restaurants Cons: The central heat was awful. Was so cold. Took them a month to do some construction to improve things since my room was below 55 which was the legal minimum. Super doesn’t live nearby either and isn’t available after hours Advice to landlord: Fix things faster and don’t start construction before. A holiday and then finish it a month later”
