“Unit 1405 Pros: Very central location, great gym and free laundry facilities. Cons: Walls are quite thin and some of the rooms and furniture starting to show a bit of wear (wallpaper and chairs). Aircon broke down 3 times during my stay. Advice to landlord: N/A as didn’t directly”
