“Pros: The apartments are nice. Comes with a stove and a fridge and a sink. The neighborhood isn't bad. There are some nice schools around there too. Also has a nice backyard. Cons: I don't like the floor and wall color. Advice to landlord: The apartment could be a lot better if the floor and wall color is changed.”
