“Pros: Renovated our bathroom for no cost and consistently making sure amenities are well maintained and clean Cons: Have experienced some issues with buzzer and walls are somewhat thin - can hear our neighbors fairly well in some parts of our apartment”

“Pros: Never had any major issues in the building itself - no pests, clean stairwell, working elevator at all times, quiet neighbors. Any minor issues I had were addressed quickly and management was EXTREMELY responsive. Would live here again. Rare gem. Cons: No cons worth noting”
