“Unit 3F Pros: This place is clean and relatively quiet, so close to the train, and the view from the rooftop/balconies is unbeatable. The landlord is helpful and nice, and we have never had a pest during our year here Cons: The landlord can be slow to respond/need a lot of prompting, but there is rarely an issue so this isn’t a major problem. Occasionally the water pressure would dip (every few months) but this seems to have stopped recently.”
