“Pros: Beautifully renovated building with designer light fixtures in the main hall, new appliances in the units, and a wonderful skyline view of Manhattan (from the roof). Cons: Thin walls, unkept main hall, lack of response to maintenance requests, and poor management service. Advice to landlord: Visit the building, upkeep the building, and practice better soft skills and professionalism with tenants.”
